How Do I Place An Order?

 

If you see something on our website that you would like to purchase, please contact us first via email (theguitartradecentre@yahoo.com) or by phone (07845864951) to confirm if said product is still available (Not applicable for strings as these are readily available). Once you have confirmed availability we will send you a paypal invoice, bank details or you can click the buy it now option on our site to complete your purchase.

 

Payment

 

Payments are accepted using most credit/debit cards. MUST be in the name of the recipient and the product must be delivered to the cards registered address.

Paypal/bank transfer options are also available.

Postage Costs

We only post within the UK.

Postage costs are as follows:

Guitars - £15 (next working day delivery via DPD)

Pedals - £5 (Royal Mail 1st class signed for)

Strings are based on volumes. If you wish to buy more than our listings please contact us to discuss.

up to 5 packets - £1.50

up to 10 packets - £2

up to 20 packets - £3.50

21 and over £5.

All our products other than strings will be insured tracked and signed for registered mail.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

If you are unhappy with your item, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will try to resolve any issues that you may have. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so no problem or query is too small. 

Our returns policy operates in accordance with UK Law & Distance Selling Regulations. If you would like to return an item you have 14 days to notify us at "theguitartradecentre@yahoo.com" that you wish to make a return. Once a return has been authorised you will have 14 days to return the goods back to us.

 

Returning the item to us is your responsibility and we will not collect fully working items for you. You can return the item by arranging a courier or simply delivering it in person. A full refund will be given only when the item has been returned in exactly the same condition that it was received. 

We have the right to refuse a return if:

The item has been subject to any form of wear and tear in your possession. This includes chips, dings, scratches, stickers or writing on the item.

The item has been modified in any way, this includes pickup changes, replacement parts, soldering & de-soldering of any electrical components.

The item is missing any components, accessories or packing that were with it when the item was received. This includes, cases, gig bags, tags, case candy, working parts such as tremolo arms or case keys, certificates and any factory sealed bags 

The item is returned without us being notified of your intention to return it.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described you can return it or request a repair.  (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Almost all of our items are second hand so minor wear, tear and signs of use are to be expected. We do our very best to describe items as well as we can. However, if you believe an item to be damaged, not working or not as described you have 30 days from receiving the item to contact us.

Photos, videos and a detailed description of the problem will make it much easier for us to assess the situation.

 

If we cannot resolve the situation from a distance, we will arrange to have the item collected.

 For goods that are found to be faulty within the 30 day period we can offer to repair or issue a refund.

If an item is returned as 'not working' between 14 and 30 days and we deem it to be working, the item will be returned to you immediately and courier charges will be issued.
