This is a 1991 Fender USA Stratocaster Plus, finished in Black - Maple Fretboard.
 
These 90s Fender have mismatched serials. The neck say 99 on the headstock but its stamped 1991 on the heel. The body has a date of 1990. So its a 1991 neck with a 1990 body (Nov) so the body and neck are original to each other.

Light surface marks from use.
Some small indents on the front.
Some buckle rash on the back.
Some lacquer lines the length of the body on the back.
The usual lacquer lines in the neck pocket.
The electrics have been fully tested and working perfectly.
The frets are in great condition with minimal wear.
